A major highway in Devon.
The soft-looking hedgerows on either side conceal six-foot unforgiving hearts of stone. Every once in a while, there was a break in a hedgerow, revealing pastoral scenes of unequaled beauty. We are now collecting damaged side-view mirrors as souvenirs of our trip.
